Refund policy

Overview

At Ekruti Fragrances, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been used or altered
  • Custom orders or personalized items
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at admin@ekrutifragrances.com and send your item to: 1st Floor, Bldg no. 206, Samuel Street, Masjid Bundar (W), Mumbai - 400 003.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@ekrutifragrances.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
